The library is very huge spacious with good welcoming staff. The have seating area in different corners and free wifi assess and computer service too. Peace environment to study and do laptop work.good outside view too

The church groups that share the building can be loud, should kick them out spongers. Staff at library are ok

Poor selection of non fiction need to actually bring in new books rather than rely on the returns. Disappointing but staff are very helpful though.

The staff are helpful and pleasant. As a community library... Its reasonable.Auckland libraries in general need to install self service payment arrangements similar to NSW in Australia.... Also... All DVD should be free to hire....

Staff is always friendly and well located near the ellerslie shops and swimming pool. We love going for a swim and then passing by the library with our boy. Might even stop for a snack.

Great Library. Bright airy space with plenty of parking surrounding. Attached to the Onehunga Community Centre so lots of things happening nearby.(There are building works going on beside the library at the moment so parking behind the library is not so easy).
