Owen was the roof professional who came, got up on the roof and had a look and sat and talked with us about the quality of our roof and what repairs need doing on our concrete tiled roof. We appreciated him taking the time to explain what work needs doing and how concrete tile roofs work.It is very hard to find someone who specialises in concrete tile roofs these days. We appreciated his advice as all the other companies were talking about a full replacement rather than repointing and mortaring work.Excellent communication throughout and we appreciate his honesty. His quote was reasonable and a great team to have working on our roof. We have full confidence in Owen and his team and like the approach he has. We will be in contact when our moss protection spray is due in 2 years time and if any tiles need to be repaired then, Owen will help us out with that at the time.It is very refreshing to deal with a person in this trade who had the attitude of fixing rather than just replacement.

Really great experience. Slightly higher quote than a competitor but Owen provided us honest advice, took time to explain what that meant for us and told us what to prioritise. Fantastic Customer experience and communication was top notch. All this was great service was worth the price and I’d very happy to recommend. Highly recommended! Were turned away from other roofers because they were too busy. Owen took the time to come around and view our roof leak. While he didn't do the particular type of repair job we needed he provided a detailed explanation of the what was causing the leak and clear steps for finding a roofer that could help us.
