Waited 2 weeks before calling them back to follow up on a quote to be told they could not do it.. I'm guessing job was too small as was only one ranch slider replacement required, but what really irks me is that I wasted 2 weeks waiting for them to come back to me and the fact that the woman on the other end of the phone just didn't care.
