With only a couple of hours to go before the nation was to be locked down to level 4, I made the sudden decision to purchase additional compressors to run my equipment during this time. The guy in the shop at Ash Air Rosedale was extremely helpful with advice & had all the equipment & necessary parts ready within a few minutes & I was able ensure a seamless installation without cessation of production.Many thanks.

I went on their website and read 100% satisfaction guaranteed if you're in any way not happy with this product you can bring it back. Well I ended up buying a $1700 compressor was not happy with it so I took it back. The first thing the guy said to me was oh no that's just a play on words you can't bring it back you've used it. He told me he would come over to my house and help me sort out any problems with it next day I rang to see when he was coming over and was told he couldn't make it over. So now I'm stuck with a $1700 compressor I don't want.I'm dissapointed with this Ash Air rosedale.

I purchased a compressor from the Rosedale shop just after Christmas. The compressor didn't work correctly from the beginning. The guy at the counter was knowledgeable but a little arrogant over the phone. I took the compressor in on Monday this week and met with a bald man who went through the settings of the compressor and it turned out to be my fault but he made things right and helped me out with some tips on caring for it.Happy to recommend these people.

Great Guys with excellent customer service. Needed a couple of small fittings to fix a cheap compressor and these guys went out of their way to give me advice (which worked) and to make it as cost effective as possible. Very much recommended.

The compressor we wanted wasn't in stock but they set us up with a loan compressor for free then took care of everything else including delivery of our new compressor and took the loan one back. Superior service! Recommended!

Took my faithful old Air Force compressor into the Saturn place branch as it had a massive air leak. As soon as I'd described the issue, Neil knew exactly what was wrong and was outside with the tools taking the offending part off and was able to sell me everything I needed, and give me all the expert advice to reassemble and get it running again. It now runs better than it ever has! Absolutely fantastic service and knowledgable staff. Cheers guys!
