Children went in to order and was asked to HURRY up and order. Instead of waiting patiently, pathetic service. Children asked if they could have their drink while waiting but instead he ignored them and walked off. Bring on Dominos or go across the road to tasty hut.

The online service is the only reason they have one star. I'll never order online again with the problems they have with their app. Steer clear as they won't refund you and try to blame the customer.

Done a order of stuffed crust combo online ( 2 large pizzas with garlic bread and a 1.5ltr drink). They ran out of 1.5. So I asked him to give me cans of drinks to cover the 1.5ltr he added the cans price on top of my order. But thanks to the other guy for helping me and gave me 2 bottles of 600ml. Was happy with it and can't be bother to argue back. Unfortunately I got home and opened our boxes of pizzas and was shocked and disappointed at the sizes of the pizzas we received. Disappointed at the flavour and so hard and dry. As you can see the photos provided the side is the same as the length of the 600ml bottle. If only they allow to give no star that was exactly was on my mind. Please do your job properly and right. We spend money buying for it and we expect great effort from your workers. How do we trust you making them? Don't want anything in return just do your work properly. Thanks

My meal looked like it was chucked inthe box ..handful of cheese in the middle with 3 salami more dough than anything else chips 3/4 hot rest cold i live 2mins from pizza hut would give a minus ...no one offered to replace my meal wen i complained which took over an hour to contact someone. Very poor..

Placed an online order and called to check and one of the staff named Laleed" (i know this is probably not his real name) answered the phone and automatically said "No we don't have a order for you

Excellent customer service. It was a late order, ready at 10:52pm and they close at 11pm. Wen we arrived the doors were closed but signs were still out. Even tho it was late he waited for me to pick up my order.There were fights happening outside and sirens everywhere, hence why he decided to close the door but was still busy working inside.Our pizzas were amazing as usual! It's Pizza Hut, what more can I say... the awesome customer service was the cherry on top!So of course def recommend A++++

Staff taking order didn't really pay attention and listen properly, had to repeat order 3 times. When I asked him to repeat back he seemed annoyed and a bit abrupt. Pizza too spicy .

There are two pizza huts in Bairds Rd - this one was not the one I thought I ordered from... They are so busy with orders, you'd expected the standard of the food to suffer, but it did not... Hot tasty pizzas and the wait times weren't too bad!
