I had Andy repair, change my shower mixer cartridge. Not only was he friendly, efficient and gave professional service, but he had a spare new shower cartridge with him. This meant that he did the job quickly, rather than having to go and purchase one from the merchants, which would have made the job take a lot longer in time.Maria the Receptionist was also very friendly and professional. Good team work.Lovely to catch up with Quinn on the phone too.

Replaced ajax valve at my mother's house. Came to job as early as possible as was an elderly lady with no hot water. We're on time ,very professional, good communication and pricing was very reasonable. Will be using again next time I need a plumber and reccommend to others. Tradesman was great, thanks Andy!

I found the plumber did an excellent job. Cleaned up after himself, and put everything back how it was before he arrived. Very friendly and knowledgeable giving me the possible options available to fix the problem. He was very prompt, and arrived on time. I would definitely use this plumbing firm again. I have used them twice now and they did a great job, on both occasions.

Very good service. I asked plumbers to investigate low hot water pressure. They fixed the problem and advised about future care of HWC. They made quick work of finding a water leak for me and repairing it, also ordering parts for repair of laundry tap, returning to install parts. Quick response to my calls, quick and reliable tasks completed and friendly, helpful communications. Definitely the team I will call for any plumbing work

Super good. Friendly and helpful on the phone, got a booking sooner than I thought.James called before he arrived. Made a time to meet him at the house. Again really friendly and approachable. Had a chat about what the problem was then left him to it. Was all sorted when I got home. Easy.Have used Kingfisher Plumbing before and I definitely will again.
