I visited this store on the afternoon of Saturday 10 July to make an enquiry about my mother-in-law's landline service.I was assisted by Jack whom I'm sure could have resolved this issue immediately for me if I had been will to proceed with solution.However, I wanted to think about all options first.I ended up contacting Vodafone call centre by phone on Friday 16 July and arranging delivery of modem etc.However, that conversation brought up an issue re delivery of account to my mother-in-law.On Saturday 17 July I went back to see Jack who resolved this for me.At this time I also took the opportunity to cancel my landline service as I never use it now.There was a possible issue with alarm monitoring so Jack advised me to sort this with alarm company first and he would contact me on Monday to finalise details.As promised, Jack phoned me on Monday.Thanks to Jack I'm now on a great internet plan and it's going to be a bit cheaper too !Big double thumbs up to this young man - he's a great representative for Vodafone, and I'm hoping they recognise what an asset he is to their company :-)

Absolutely wonderful service from the young man working today he honestly went over and above to help my brother out who is here from Australia and couldn’t top up his phone.

Went into the shop yesterday and I found Tipane extremely helpful. I had bought a $5 pre-pay sim card 2 weeks ago but realised after a few days that I'd been given an old recycled number - I kept getting calls and text messages for the previous owner of the number daily and it was becoming a nuisance.Tipane was very understanding, sourced a number which was not previously used and also transferred the credit I had already bought and loaded onto the number over to the new one so I did not lose any money.Exceptional service - Tipane solved my problem which might sound trivial but would have over time become a big nuisance. Definitely a 5 star service, I can wholeheartedly recommend the staff at One in Coastlands.

Staff were magnificant. Very willing to help and provide recommendations based on info given and solutions to problems or uncertainty. Only reason for not a five star is simply the overall company systems did let them down a bit, causing an elongated solution to problem experienced. Store does need more support from head office overall.

Top up information was helpful. The elderly do have more needs in explaining about their phones, perhaps training staff on how to talk to them on their phone simply and easier- question to answer. Good store.

Great service from young man with American (?) accent. I came in to ask about budget phones for my daughter and had questions about whether android phones had a find my phone feature, he was very helpful, friendly and gave great advice. Thank you
