Friendly. Good explanation of wof failure re seatbelt and confirmed it was cut (as it was on morning of wof while parked in my driveway). Good explanation of seatbelt rewebbing.Not taken much notice of seatbelt fabric before, but much the same as a fine weaved dog leash. Can see my dogs main leash would need a reweb lol, if it needed a wof.
