On the whole pretty good. At least you acknowledge that people may want to order from overseas for delivery in NZ, unlike others. I missed the opportunity to write a message on my first order. Perhaps that box could be more clearly identified? I went right past it. Cheers.

My dealings with The Good Wine Co were badly let down by NZ Couriers who ignored my delivery instructions and left the wine at the street. A kind neighbour brought the box to me, otherwise it would likely have been stolen!

I could’ve bought my bubbles elsewhere but I went with the Good Wine Co based on their excellent customer service. Plus they pulled out all the stops to get my order to the birthday girl on time regardless of the flood disaster they’re having to contend with in Auckland. Thanks guys!
