Absolutely loved the customer service, and did a perfect job fixing my windscreen leak !!!

Not happyCall center overseas ,had to repeat all details several times.Rear window replaced then couldn't open rear door.I had to climb through side door, remove gear from vehicle, remove rear door panel and force open door.Glass fragments had fallen into the door catch preventing it from opening.Also asked through company previously and on the day to glue in side window while on site, this was not done. No phone call,or text to me.Instead duct tape (holding in glass) was removed and a less quality tape was put back on. This is now peeling off so the side window is likely to fall outYAY

Absolutely fabulous service , very Friendly service, totally honest company could of charged me for work but advised me not to and came up with a better solution, thank you so much.Definitely be my first people to contact in the future

Called to get a crack in my windscreen fixed on a Saturday as they say they are available everyday any day and I got told to go to another company or wait till Monday and this wasn’t on a public holiday or anything just a normal Saturday

Excellent service. Once approved by insurance had everything sorted and replaced within 24 hours. Even cleaned up on the broken glass throughout the vehicle and went out of their way to accommodate awkward pick up and drop off times. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Job was good. However I was charged $235:00 I was quoted $95:00 from Novas for the same job.I rang Novas after having job done to see what they charge. Not happy about that.
