Stay away. I support local people..but this guy was extraordinary. Like those road trip movies where the crazed mechanic destroys the car then holds the wreckage hostage..weirdest service experience ever. Had to physically grab my phone off him..5mins away on new north Rd..shop fixed it in 5 minutes.. No charge.

BEWARE! this guy is a CROOK and should have his business license revokedI called the store owner and went to get an opinion regarding my computer motherboard (it had a faulty error code FF). The guy told me rudely, I should have brought cpu fan, memory and other stuff for him to diagnose the problem. I had at this point handed the motherboard to him so I asked him to hand it back. There was no point to leave it with him since I had to come back again with remaining items (also started doubting his capability as a technician). At this point the store owner refused to give my stuff back and started verbally abusing me. When he saw me on the phone (was calling the cops) he budged and gave my stuff back. He threw my motherboard on the floor.

Overall rude interaction with the store owner. Asking simple questions will lead to tangents and the store owner to belittle and berate you. Sold me a faulty aux cable to which I likely won't be getting a refund for. Avoid this shop or else take caution.

Service was ok the owner Dennis is very friendly also I found his charge out rate was very reasonable I would happily use them again.....

Repaired the software issue I had with my desktop computer, good to have a local repair shop to support thanks Dennis for all your help and see you in the future.

Absolutely horrible. Told him not to repair my phone without telling me the quote first, but went ahead and repaired it, and charged me over $250 and literally held my phone hostage.Also, the glue he uses to replace the phone's screen came off after a month, but I didn't bother going back because I never want to interact with the owner, Dennis, ever again.

Scam-like practices.I don't normally one star places I've been to unless I've had an experience that I feel warrant it.For background, I run a two monitor set up, both previously through DVI-D cables into my old PC. I had recently upgraded to a graphics card that didn't have DVI output and while one monitor had display port input, the other only had DVI. I went to this shop yesterday (12/05/2020) as I was excited about getting my monitors all hooked up, and had called before I went over to see if they had the cables in store. He said he had both of the cables that I needed (display port male to male & hdmi male to dvi male) so I went over to pick them up.He charged me $45 for each cable (display port 5m and hdmi-dvi 1.5m) which was ridiculous to start. PBTech sells the 5m display cable for $20 and the 1.5m hdmi-dvi cable for $10. I wanted to get it up and running ASAP, so I didn't mind paying the extra money as a premium to get the items now. Also supporting local business after the COVID shutdown.The display port cable worked perfectly and that's how I'm writing this review, but I called the owner back to explain that the hdmi-dvi wasn't working, and it wasn't the monitor as it was plugged in 10 minutes before hand to the older computer, using a different DVI cable. He gave me tips on what could not be working, I listened and retried them (I have a Bachelor's in Computer Science and work as a Cloud Engineer, so these suggestions were pretty entry-level to IT) but still no success.I then went into the store to get a refund for my purchase as the cable wasn't working, to which he gave me $35 check which I contested. He then said I didn't know how to use the cable, and he doesn't sell defective items and then refused to test the cable in store. I decided to cut my losses and take the $35 check, as it was clear the conversation wasn't going anywhere.Can't imagine actually getting something 'fixed' here....Edit about a week later: Purchased a similar cable from another shop, worked first try...

No problem here repaired a phone that I was told should be binned, great service.

Excellent service from Dennis. Took my laptop with failed hard drive in late Saturday, had it all back repaired on Monday. Replaced mechanical hard drive with SSD drive, tweaked and cleaned PC and RAM etc - the laptop now motors along, no problems at all. Friendly and professional service, super helpful - I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend.
