The team here are just wonderful and despite me moving out of the area, the care and support given is worth the travel. I like Caci New Lynn. The staff is lovely and very friendly. However, I am a little bit disappointed that they are closing early especially on Saturday. As their client I have been told many times that Saturdays are very busy as everyone books this day, which makes sense. But then it’s really strange coming 2nd time on early Saturday to purchase skincare just to see shut doors? How is it possible that you are closed at 12.30 when you meant to be open till 4? No note on the door and shows open on google? This is not right guys!

Excellent customer service, in fact the entire experience at Caci New Lynn is amazing! The friendly, warm and welcoming smiles make you know your in safe professional hands. The entire team here are absolutely amazing and my whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend this team if you want to feel like your in trusted hands when it comes to your treatments. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! Love Caci New Lynn and their wonderful staff! The Reforma Skin membership is absolutely worth every penny. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. I have been going there for nearly 2 years and look forward to my appointments. Stevie is absolutely incredible! Definitely recommend this place as you will be guaranteed a worth while experience.

It's my first time in this clinic for my treatment. A staff n nurse are nice and helpful. I just completed my one time microneedling treatment,at this point I can't see any difference on my face.but I hope in next time visit it will be see any difference...

I have been a Caci member for I think almost two years now. It’s like my second home lol. Every time I go I always look forward to my appointments! I am on the Freedom plan as well as Reformaskin. Since staring Reformaskin, my skin has improved so much. The staff there are just amazing, they really listen to my needs and goals and tailor each experience to meet those goals. Last year during the first lockdown, my skin just went crazy which left me with acne scarring and pigmentation. After a consultation at Caci, I completed my first round of Microneedling and am so happy with the results that I will be starting round 2 soon. Laser can sound like a painful experience but the Caci team always ensure that I am comfortable and they really are experts in what they do. I have seen a huge difference already. I am so thankful to each person at Caci New Lynn for always making me feel welcomed (you all know who you are!) and they really take the time to give me the best results. I always know I’m in good hands. I have my confidence back and look forward to continuing my journey with Caci.

No improvement yet in my skin. As in not one blackhead nor one Whitehead has been removed or resolve. For over $1000 and several sessions, one would think that could have been achieved by now!
