Haven't been to Mcdonalds for months so it was a treat. Sadly, it was not an experience I'll repeat soon. The food was lukewarm, the buns weren't particularly fresh and tasted dry and lacked flavour. The cheeseburgers were missing gherkins and the sauce was dry. The drive-through lady missed a drink, overfilled the sundae which then plopped all my hands and shirt. Shame, seems to have gone downhill.

Manager on had no customer satisfaction experience. He would have me go elsewhere rather than problem solve.The frozen coke machine was down for 2-3 weeks.The crew member had loads of empathy for us as he looked so upset that my kids were leaving without a frozen coke 2weeks in a row. We also asked for ice cream which he also apologised profusely he looked so upset and uncomfortable that he couldn't help us. With the ice-cream we did ask if we could have it in a cup as apparently was too soft/runny. He asked and made it happen. He was stoked as were we. But the following week the manager on I asked if we could have something in its place for the frozen coke. He said no. Only a coke which we would have to pay triple the price of a frozen coke.No thanks.I said well go by a coke at the supermarket which he didn't seem too fazed about.Go study customer service dude. The customer is always right! Lost a customer. Pretty sure the good employee thought the same as us. Thought manager was a rude person.

The service is pretty good. Occasionally they stuff up your order but it's only ever something minor.The toilets are always clean. I like the way the dining area is set out.

Decided to have McDonald's for lunch today. Something I have not done for sometime. Have to say the food was really good but service was average. I went through the drive in. The women that handed me the food needs to make eye contact with the customer and not just hand me the food and look away without saying anything. That's just rude!

Just your regular McDonald's as you would expect. Staff provide a good service.The dogs enjoyed sharing the cheese burger, minus the pickle and onion, and the strawberry milkshake.The parking to the side to wait for your order is a bit dodgy. The culvert caught my front bumper!

Whoever the drive thru checkout lady was on the 21/05/2023 possibly around 5am/6am most definitely was the worse person ever.Racist and just rude!! Idk how someone would hire people to work like that. Never again will we be stopping there on our next road trip. My poor children had to witness that early in the morning! Thank god the next worker who gave our order didn’t catch his name but he even agreed! And said “your telling me” meaning he also is getting threatened by that work colleague just unacceptable behaviour. Food wise : average!

Generally the service is good and the burgers come as expected at a McDonald's but then occasionally it is like today. They made me the wrong burger which sometimes happens and the were very polite and got the correct one made. Unfortunately the almighty Texan that came was not good, it tasted fine but there was so much sauce on it that everything just slid out and the amount of liquid in the box was not inspiring, it was made fast but at least get rid of the excess liquids before putting it in the box as it just made the bottom bun soggy. Then there was the coffee, it was so burnt I didn't drink it, didn't take it back as I had already been up once. The service was really good but this visit was disappointing.

Honestly was quite impressed the food was nice hot and definitely fresh I used to work in the one in the Hutt and I don't believe the food there was quite to this standardThe only downfall is the kids area is a bit small though my boy still had fun and found himself a friend to play with. Must still express the fact that the food and service/ cleanliness aswell as employees attitude is really good
