Z - Moorhouse - Service Station
Ok so. Short story. My dogs are like my kids. I was booked into first aid course and could not get out of it. My eldest dog was injured during a walk, couldn't go to doggie day care and needed medication during the day. There is no parking close to anything on ChCh city. The staff here let me park for the day in the staff parking area so I could leave my course to check on my boys. I am so thankful to them. As far I'm concerned, they are saints. Will buy a sausage everytime I am in the area for my boys.

It's open 24 hours a day, a EV charging station out the back of the Service station (some staff may not know it's there as I've seen that happen before but they might be new staff), great hot food and coffee along with usual cold drinks and also has Vegan friendly hot food and milk for coffee.Plenty of parking, a car wash and around 3 toilets available for the public to use.

Went into Z Moorhouse to get a coffee on the way to work at 2:50am, went and paid for my coffee and as I was waiting for my coffee the attendant making my coffee said he had a bad head cold and a sore throat, I said how do you know its not Covid-19 and he said he didn’t think it was. I said have you had a RAT test and he said no I haven’t got any and I said you shouldn’t be here feeling like that and RAT Tests can be got at any chemist and other outlets. I rang customer service and made an official complaint to the customer service representative who took all the information and gave me a case number, and told me someone from Z Energy would get back to me but never have.

99% of the time you will nevr have issues here that 1% will just be annoying but nothing bad, some staff do need a little bit more customer service training before doing a shift alone. (Its only one person)

I had a forecourt attendant telling me what fuel I need to put in my vehicle and how just to fill it. It's not a bad thing but as a qualified mechanic I know what fuel to put into a vehicle. Just didn't appreciate them standing there hawk eyeing me the whole time

Easy Gas Station fill up and go at the pump. Payment types includes all cards you don't need to walk into the store to pay but u also won't get any supermarket discount voucher redeemed at the pump neither. Only accepts card discount at the pump. Located conveniently on moorehouse are.

Great, friendly and patient service from the young man with long hair at 6am. I'll start using this station more often - much better than the Lincoln road station.
