I am a regular customer of this Shosha shop because it is the closest to where I am living. They have definitely improved their customer service throughout the years, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also willing to price match their competitors which is a big bonus. Honestly thank you so much. I've been to nearly all the vape stores in Auckland city and i truly have to say Rahul You are amazing at engaging in conversation and extremely knowledgeable about every thing i've ever needed weather its for juices, vapes , and other smoking equipment i honestly recommend anyone who ever needs anything to do with vaping Rahul is your man.Thanks so muchI couldn't have asked for better service5 STARS!

I am new to Auckland and was suggested Shosha for my vape on the Hobson street . My sales eccexecut was J, a humble, polite and respectful person . He had the knowledge of all the variants of vape, pod and flavours . He helped me through the process patiently and gave me the best quality product. I would love to come to Shosha again and would prefer J to attend me again.

Ask for a 6ml get handed a 18mg nicotine. Ask for fave flavour get given a totally different one, oh this is after waiting 10 min for a phone call to finish in a different language! This is across several Shosha shops not only this one! Dont spend a cent with this company spend where service matters!
