2019 I'd reviewed my last experiences from them soon after decided to remove it, have returned because I'm not ignoring the rudeness and not feeling intimated when choosing to drive pass their workshop. I caught a worker who's the husband to the female that sits at the desk calling out a remark about me, why is she using our rarara she's showing off others still recommend us? Pfft as if he owns Timewell lane I've driven and walked through there as a shortcut for years.Last year on a facebook group post I had suggested not to go to Terry smith motors, a person also tagged their facebook page in the thread.Don't recommend Terry smith motors! My car only went to them for almost 3 years until 2019 I'd bought the service a couple of weeks after the wof (picture has no proof of oil etc problems just an unnecessary service, would have wanted my money going towards the repairs if it was reported to me) Not long after my car started leaking oil, instead of taking it back I had it towed to a mechanic out of the area and was shown the leak that came from a tube with a temporary coil wrapped around it.I felt it was a waste of time filling out my personal contact forms, they won't call before doing extra repairs or replacing parts, maybe they couldn't find my paperwork.Far Terry smith motors workers never locked my car and always left my keys under the drivers seat after six months wof checks. I'd drop it off in the mornings 8 picked up the afternoons 3.45 asking where is the car? it's across road at the church, another time it was parked in a different yard. Where's my keys? I think he left it under the drivers seat. The one time car was parked on their property unlocked with keys under drivers seat was my last service there.I felt mistreated by Terry smith motors staff watching workers during my scheduled appointments reverse parking clients who owned flash cars on their property and locking those gems up.They wouldn't allow byo parts probably like alot of other mechanic shops.

I've been with AA since I've had my car, for about 5 years now. And I found the prices have change every time I service my car, or the mechanics tell me I have to get my aircon fixed, then the next service say that its never needed a fix.This is what made my partner book in with Shane at Terry Smith Motors, although it is a small shop, Shane is very friendly and welcoming, all the staff are actually. You can tell a genuine soul when you meet them and Shane is definitely one of them, him and his crew are a company you want to leave your car with. My car had not been serviced for about a year and half due to the pandemic and vaccination status and now the car is all fixed and up to date, it was at an affordable price, and I will be going back to Shane, I strongly believe he has many loyal customers, and I would strongly advise whoever is reading this that you need to get serviced with Shane, he is by far the most sincere, honest and friendly mechanic I have ever met. Don't believe me? Go and meet him and his team to get your car serviced!

Shane and the team are very accommodating. Its been a while since i have used their services and i have had no issues with them. Customer service is pleasant and welcoming just like i had remembered years ago. Very informative. Picking up my vehicle has never been an issue. So not sure how a patron can write those smearing comments.

First time visiting this mechanic and it was great. The service from the team is amazing and my car was fixed quickly and they even took it back to get a WoF after fixing it. Will gladly come here again for future car issues.
