Purchased a suitcase and had it crack on the 3rd flight it took. Less than 6 months old. This was a Luna suitcase. Would not recommend. No warranted for damage either.

Terrible customer service. Their online website says on the description a size for a particular item, but once it arrives it ends up by being 20% bigger, which didn't suit me. When complained, only a I'm sorry" but that's their standard on the quality their website provides for a description

Just received my 75cm Luna air and love it! Such a beautiful colour and feels super sturdy, lots of room on the inside. Arrived really fast. Looking forward to putting it to good use and can’t wait to purchase more.

The customer service I have received from these guys have been amazing! My first suitcase arrived and it’s perfect and absolutely love it. The second one had a slight imperfection, and without hesitation they gave me super clear and simple instructions on how to return it, and had the courier organised to pick it up! and because I’m headed away overseas they have already sent out my new one to me to reach me before I head away! Thank you!
