I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at an Airbnb rental property from this company that left me utterly disappointed and regretful. From the moment I stepped foot into the place until the day I checked out, it was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others from making the same mistake I did.First and foremost, the property's description and photos were highly misleading. The listing boasted about a charming and cozy" accommodation

Very rude staff, tricky and tries to take as much money from you as possible.Better check all detail before you stay

Unfortunately during our stay we were accused of breaking the washing machine. This was not the case as the washing machine already had issues. Not only did they accuse us of breaking the washing machine but we were accused of breaking many other household items

Worst experience ever. The house is very very very unsanitary. There’s a lot hair on the bed and the bath towels. A lot of equipment is not only foreign but also broken. I'm sure it's ridiculous that they weren't repaired before we arrived, and then we had to pay to replace them when we checked out. The laundry basket in the room is so moldy. Sooooo crazy. I can't imagine what kind of bacteria and viruses my clothes can get in here every day. Very very bad experience for me and my family to live here. I’m not choosing this one anymore.

Horrible experience....booked short stay for Christmas, paid for and then months later be told its not available...leaving short notice to arrange alternative accommodation.......

Worst service I had used ,worst room equipment I had used,worst staff I had met。 First and foremost,the damage is already there ,we did not damage anything and we spend 20K Australian dollars to 6 nights,we expect much more than this
