Pauline is incredible, there is nothing more to say to be honest. She has treated me for tightness, muscle aches, and injuries, enabing me to continue training and competing in Crossfit. An absolute must is her 90min session if you do any kids of fitness.

I feel so lucky I came across Zing Acupuncture. I've been dealing with lower back pain & sciatica for weeks. From the first day, Pauline has done an incredible job. The treatment is tailored, consistently thorough and involves different techniques.She is very knowledgeable, honest & attentive. I went to see Pauline for a calf injury I’d had for over 4 weeks, and had never had acupuncture before. She was amazing- thorough assessment followed by treatment of causal and symptomatic areas with a combination of techniques- not just acupuncture including an amazing body weight exercise which all but removed back pain I had been living with for 3 years and thought was normal. Needless to say calf heaps better after just 1 hour session and back to running with days. Thank you Pauline- just amazing :))

Pauline has been a key part of my recovery from a protruding disk. She is calm and deliberate in her work and she explains what she is doing as she works on you. You feel very informed and taken on the treatment journey with her.

Pauline helped me over my hesitancy about acupuncture by teaching me about how it works and talking me through what she was doing throughout my treatment. I've been going for over a year and I always learn something new about my body and the mix of treatments Pauline recommends to help with my injuries, ailments, and anxiety! I highly recommend her for those who have never had these treatments before and more experienced folks alike!

There is something about Pauline that meant from the moment I met her, I felt completely comfortable and had complete trust in her. Pauline has helped me immeasurably with a wide range of issues - general muscle stiffness from the gym; recovering from a tendonitis and subsequent frozen shoulder; and possibly most significantly, pelvic floor damage from a very large child!Pauline is not only incredible at the physical aspect of her job but also emotionally supportive and intuitive. I have never experienced this level of holistic care from any other health practitioner.I have referred many friends and strangers to Pauline because I believe in her so much. Pauline is amazing! I’ve had chronic pain for months, been to multiple different specialists but didn’t find any long term relief until I went to her. She always makes an effort to ensure you’re comfortable and relaxed. I’ve especially enjoyed Pauline’s services because she’s communicative about what she does and is receptive to individual needs. 100% would recommend!
