Comparatively disappointing service. Forty minute appointment = 5 minutes (coming and going) of up-selling/promotion, 25 minutes of redundant Q & A, 10 minutes of actual physical-therapy + advice. $85. total. Will not return.

Would highly recommend.I came in with a really complicated elbow injury and I was really impressed by the goal oriented approach of my therapy. Renee was great. We worked towards goals I wanted to achieve ie being able to straighten my arm again and customized exercises around what I physically could do and what I couldn't.The staff are really friendly and welcoming and were always respectful. I'm a really anxious person so I really liked that every part of the therapy was explained - also I learned a lot about muscles, tendons and joints!!Very clean premises and high standards of sanitization for the covid-era.
