Absolutely incredible customer service here, they really went above and beyond to help me get my car safe and wof sorted (after being given the run around by a different mechanics), with a baby being due any day they squeezed me in and had it all sorted within a day. Super grateful to the team, pricing was very reasonable and my car is driving beautifully now. I won’t go anywhere else now, would recommend 100% to anyone.

BAS were recommended via my local Facebook page and they did not disappoint! Friendly professional service, kept me informed at all times, reasonably priced and they just feel like honest and trustworthy people. For the first time ever, they showed me a photo of what was wrong inside my car, so I knew what they were fixing was legit. I can highly recommend and will definitely return.

I had a flat tire, they helped me with the air pressure, because of the language, we used the translation software to communicate, but they were very patient, and they also helped me check the condition of the car and told me when I should check. These guys are absolute LEGENDS (if there were more than 5 stars I would give them more)I have used BAS for years for my 1976 Corvette Stingray and just today, my son's Susuki Swift. I went in yesterday with worn (and I'm talking bad) wheel bearings on my son's car and they went out of their way to help and accommodate me-My son had his car back with replaced bearings etc and now we all feel safe in that car. Seriously great, friendly people with an amazing work ethic and a really professional job (No I'm not affiliated with them in any way- just a VERY satisfied customer) Great work again team- Thank you

Since purchasing my Vehicle I had been looking for a reputable Auto service mechanic that I could trust to take care my car. It was a while back that I came across the signage for BAS in Bute Road , Browns Bay and when I looked up the business I was amazed at the positive feedback the team had received from other customers. My vehicle was due for Lube Service and WOF so I contacted BAS and spoke to Jackie who was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. On the day of my booking I met Linda who welcomed me and in that instant I knew my car was in good hands. The team overall are friendly, efficient, and professional and go the extra mile to meet your needs. I have to add that I have never had my door hinges and locks oiled as part of a lube service. Those little extras and the advice given on my tyres are gratefully accepted. Pricing for Service and WOF was very reasonable.Thanks team BAS you have another loyal customer.

What an amazing experience. Very friendly and very quick service. I had failed my WOF on brakes and ended up only being adjustments. My car was even taken back to VTNZ to be rechecked so I didn’t need to wait in a queue! Above and beyond! I will be back for that kind of service!! Thankyou so much.. Teresa
