Chillmax installed both heat pumps and central heating in our residential home on time and as budgeted. Their professionalism and work was excellent.

We had a Daikin underfloor, ducted heating unit installed. We had a minor issue with noise from the unit and an issue with the WiFi controller which the team rectified. We were also surprised with the amount of space we lost with our hallway linen cupboard for the air intake. Apart from that the team were very efficient with the installation, taking about three days to install. They did the little things well like placing drop clothes down in the hallway and removing boots when entering the house. Happy with the final product, works well and is tidy. Good product, good service.

For Treena , this companies service was amazing from the time I booked the quote they always kept us informed. The team that fitted our induction system were effective, always communicated what was happening, they were polite and we got the system in before we expected it to be fitted. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a heating system.

Technician was friendly and professional however the pricing was much higher than expected and a breakdown of price couldn't be provided.Had a heat pump serviced, technician was here for less than 2 hours and we were charged just over $500.00. I queried the invoice and we were accidentally charged 4.5 hours of labour due to a GPS issue and given some credit which we put towards the next job needed.The technician came back as heat pump was still smelly and seeping black liquid, was advised on the phone the heat pump needs a strip clean and quoted for 5 hours worth of work but the technician was here no more than 2 hours again but we were charged still for the 5 hours.Queried the invoice once again and the person on the phone stated he is unsure how he calculated the quote and charged for the 2 hours plus the credit we had.All up for this heat pump service it came to just under $750! Extremely expensive for just under 4 hours worth of work.We won't be using this company again.

A very professional organization from start to finish of the installation of our Diakin floor mounted heat pump.The installers took great pride in their workmanship and this was very evident by the excellent finish they achieved.
