I was then given a variety of options to choose from when it came to tyres, from budget-friendly options to high-end ones. Your team was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for my vehicle.I was particularly impressed with the level of service I received during my car's servicing appointment. Your team went above and beyond to check over the whole vehicle, ensuring that I was aware of any potential issues that may arise in the future. Rocked up in a bind on a road trip at 3pm, bros said “luckily we have those in stock, but it might take some time to put the 2 new tires on”“How long?”“45 mins”That’s not long for us! And gave us the piece of mind for our 3 week road trip on the crazy northland roads.Amazing service and 5 mins from the downtown shops to kill some time in.

The national help desk is awesome, they know their tyres and can book you into the nearest branch on a day that suits you. I was impressed with the way the followed up my telephone query and did everything to put me right. This branch was efficient and my car sticks to the road now. Highly recommend, and their specials were good.

Friendly, prompt service.

We had a bit of a complex wheel alignment job, requested by an engineer. The guys at Whangarei Beaurepairs had two goes at sorting it for us and they were very kind .The service was great thank-you.

Always go there for tyres and good service

Customer service is not only measured by how well things go, but also how well the business recovers when things go wrong.I had hoped this would have a happy ending, but as yet it doesn't.I spent quite a bit of time researching tyres, and then purchased online through the Beaurepaires website.Then I was told I'd need to book my car in for fitting on a Saturday so the store could order the tyres in.I rearranged my Saturday morning, and because our household only has one car this meant it inconvenienced all of us for the day.I arrived on Saturday morning to a shop that didn't appear to know I was coming, but was told to help myself to a free coffee and take a seat, but there were no cups!Then I sat for 45 min only to be told that they had forgotten to order the tyres and I'd need to come back another day.Then when I did come back and they said they would apologise for the inconvenience, but there was no real apology given other than 'a perfect storm me mitigating factors caused the problem'.Very little acknowledgement that Beaurepaires actually caused the issue, or chewed up two half days of my time.
