Zhang’s Massage

Great place for a massage if you have aches and pains. Have been here a fews times with my wife. Highly recommend this place. Good value you for your money.

Dissatisfied, went in for to get a massage for my back, shoulders,head guy had headphones in the whole time didnt know how to massage then he said my back needed a extra 10 mins didnt tell me that there will be a extra price and was only suppose to be $60 and i went to pay and i paided $85 not happy

A little on the pricey side compared to most massage places, but don’t mind paying good money for a good massage. Had 3 here now. First was outstanding, borderline sore but exactly what I wanted. Second one was a young man, rubbish. Didn’t go back for 5 months. Decided to try it one last time and got a man by the name of Jun. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. Pressure was very firm (as asked for), read my body well and when to apply pressure. Has renewed my faith in their business and would happily go back.

Stood there for 20 mins while staff came up to the counter I was waiting at to take payment from customers. Never even acknowledged my presence. Can't rate the massage as i left, but customer service is rubbish

Never come again. My lower back was sore, the man was using the phone while gently stroking my back, I told him I wanted to be stronger, and the sudden force made a loud noise in my spine and hurt. I was angry to get out of there and they didn't return my money. Yesterday I felt back pain and went to the chiropractor and the doctor said that my spine was misaligned, which was very scary

Massage wasn’t good and I walked out of there feeling ripped off. The masseuse kept sighing impatiently during my massage and it put me on edge; there were also disjointed manoeuvres like he couldn’t decide which part of my body he was working on from minute to minute. I found it a stressful experience. He also asked in the beginning if I’d like an oil massage and I said no, then he proceeded to put oil on my neck anyway. There was no oil involved in my back massage, but he charged me $65. I’d been too upset to check the total when paying but only realised when I got home. Overall, my health day was ironically ruined by this experience. Not going back.

Felt really ripped off today. My husband and I went in for the same type of massage which I have had many times there before. He got the full treatment and I got a half pied effort and when I questioned why my husband and I got completely different treatment for the same thing he said sorry all the rooms were full so couldn't complete it. I said i go there often so I know what its supposed to be like, got a minimum discount which I feel I would not have even got if i hadn't complained. You have lost two customers. Very disappointing
