Deloraine Cattery

My 1 year old cat Gracie stayed at Deloraine for 9 days recently. She had her own room with indoor and outdoor area. She had a comfy bed, several places to hide and some toys. It was easy to book. The team were friendly and when I picked her up they reported back what Gracie had been up to during the week. I was able to relax on holiday knowing she was looked after and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to put Gracie in the Deloraine Cattery again and recommend them to anyone else wanting peace of mind that their furbaby is being looked after while they are away.

Easy booking process. Friendly people who seem to love cats.Unfortunately due to covid, I wasn’t able to go in and see the space I booked. So it was a little disheartening leaving my caged-cat at the front door, considering it was our first time using Deloraine.They sent a video of cat, he was happy. Thank you.

This was the first time me and my partner have both been apart from our furbaby for an entire week so it was important for us to know he was safe, reading the reviews of this cattery I had high hopes for it. Leaving him there was disheartening but when we returned one week later he looked happy to see us and well looked after.Thank you for your great care, being able to go overseas and feel stress-free knowing he was safe and looked after gave us comfort.We will definitely use you again as a first option if we are ever needing to put him in a cattery again.The booking system was easy, pick up and drop off were a breeze. If you are needing to look at the rooms your cat will be staying in, their YouTube video of the cattery is accurate in regards to the rooms that are still available.Thank you again.

Your cat gets its own suite at this up-market establishment

Indigo spent 10 nights here. We felt she was safe enough. I did ask for the door between inside and outside area be left open as she doesn't know how to use a cat flap. We turned up (apparently unexpected, within opening hours) to find door shut and was told she had learnt to use the cat flap. Indigo was in the outside area. Don't remember asking for my cat to be trained. Also her plate with wet food had dried old wet food stuck to the plate. The whole place smelt strongly of cat urine. I will not be using this cattery again.

I can't recommend Deloraine Cattery enough. This is owned and run by an amazing family, who just simply love cats! I've always put my cat there, she's 14 and feels right at home, and I know she's well cared for.Thankyou guys for doing such a great job of caring for her!

The owner is very friendly and helpful, Affordable prices and my cat was very well treated and was placed in the Communal Area" with other nice cats but they also offer rooms if your cat likes it's own space."

Very clean, well set up. Great place for your cat to have a holiday away from its servants.
