Terrible customer service ! I paid $200 for an online report with NO details or explanation at all. We asked for some detail but the man refused. No respect. The receptionists seemed like they didn’t want us there even though they had nothing to do! It’s probably why they were so quiet. Seriously bad vibes in there, it was like it was a joke. Do not book a pre buy inspection here ! Save your money. I want a refund. I’m seeing in other reviews “free coffee’s” and other stuff. None of that when we went in there. They were very crass and had no time for us. Waste of money.

Car went for a Warrent threw them off a car yard passed with flying colours so I thought when I took it to another Wof testing station they failed it on alot of things that vinz hadn't picked up on for example a leaking break load sensing valve and bolts missing from tow bar. They then requested to have the vehicle back to fix the problems. They then cut a hole in the floor of my van to put a tow bar bolt in when the vehicle already had captive but inside the chassis they have made a hole about 6cm wide and left raw metal unpainted on the vehicle body which they didn't tell us or ask us about which is starting to rust. I personally will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go threw vinz very very unprofessional and very annoyed with the out come they have created.

The service here was second to none. I transported my motorcycle to the Tasman area recently. I needed to get it roadworthy and registered so I took it to the Stoke VINZ testing station.I ran into difficulties starting the bike after it had passed the warrant of fitness and one of the staff who'd processed the warrant went right out of his way to get my bike up and running. Being new in this area and without the resources to deal with such a problem, the service and help I received was top notch and above the call of duty.Highly recommend this Centre.
