First class products and exellent service

Did not plan on buying anything, just looking around. The service from these ladies was the best. They let me know they were there if needed then left me alone to browse. I needed to cover up from the intense sun today so ended up buying a handmade in NZ Hills Hat (made from recycled Havana Coffee Bean Sacks. Now my addiction is written across my forehead for all to see). Each of these hand made hats are uniquely different and it was hard to choose so one of the ladies went to their store room and brought in more hats in my size to choose from. Great service, plus, she knew the history of this product and the manufacturers. I found the one I really liked and was happy to pay. Their product selection is knick-knacks for a few bucks to very nice quality hand crafts in the higher price range. I found their hats cheaper than on Queen St. Considering the rent they pay for this premium Auckland location that is pretty good.

Awesome one stop shop. Friendly helpful staff as expected from a Japanese store. If on a short NZ trip. You will find a little something to care of your NZ momento at all price points.

Large gift shop with surprisingly reasonable prices given its waterfront location. Bought some smoked salt here that I did not see anywhere else on my trip.

Price was relatively high. However, that’s not the main issue. Staff was polite and full of knowledge for goods they sell that makes my experience perfect. Well worth a visit.

Good gift shop but most of the items are made in china …..you can find cute things like the magnets or the key holders.

Plenty of souvenirs of all different types and in all different price classes. Suitable for both children and adults. They have candy, handicrafts, toys, decorations, and jewelry! We bought cute kiwi earrings for 30 NZD

They had a sign advertising that some products were 50% off and the sales person said, sorry that doesn't apply anymore, the sign didn't have an ending date. Very disappointing.

Visiting NZ for a couple of weeks. My brother (who lives here) bought my kids 3 souvenir hats. They're all too small, so we tried to exchange for larger sizes. Even with a copy of the receipt, they were unwilling to allow an exchange or refund. Poor English skills too. Buyer beware! There are lots of kiwi alternatives who are happy to provide good service.
