I took my cat to Steph, she took care to make sure he is super calm (usually he climbs behind the computer, this time he had a nap halfway through!). Gave him a very thorough and caring examination and he is already so much better. Highly recommend her and her team

After having Steph care for our dog and cat at a previous clinic, we were in no doubt we would follow her to her new location. She is a thorough and caring veterinarian who gives time and expertise at every appointment. The vet nurses and reception staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble! Thank you.

This is a beautiful new facility with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs (brilliant move!). First Sarah, vet nurse on reception and then Stephanie the vet were so helpful and friendly, and so kind to my dog. I give Kowhai Vets 11/10!

Easy visit, appreciated the taking care of my 16 year old cat and gently treating without going overboard. Also the lovely vet was enormously patient with my two kids who were told to be quiet before going in. But couldn't help themselves and asked endless questions....

Great practise, great staff, wonderful care. Can unreservedly recommend Steph and her wonderful team of nurses.Heart centred, contemporary veterinary medicine delivered with quite competence. A refreshing experience.

The staff are lovely and made sure both my dogs had a positive experience with lots of treats and pats. They were great with my girl Honey Belle who has some anxiety - they let me stay with her while getting sedated and let her take her time to get comfortable before getting treatment.The clinic is large and with nice / calming interior design. A great vibe all round, A+!

Best Vets ever!Thank you for taking such good care of my pup Harvey.The staff are all super friendly, caring and helpful. It made Harvey's visit a lot less stressful for him and I will be recommending you to everyone!They let me take Harvey home while his chill pill worked so he could be less stressed, and they have a separate waiting room where I was aloud to sit with him while being sedated allowing for him to be comfortable. They really care, and I love that!

We took our dog Flo in for a check up with Steph, lots of great info and very patient with Flo who was a bit worried. A great clinic with an incredible team. They go out of their way to reduce stress for Flo every visit, always ready with dog treats. Highly recommended

Incredible, professional, kind, comforting, clean, proficient and personable. The clinic and team at Kowhai vet are one of a kind! Prioritizing animal care, cuddles, conversation, affordable but conscientious care, and mental, physical and sustainable environmental health! I wouldn't take my fur fam anywhere else !

Exceptional service and amazing ambiance. Our dog Bailey is really anxious but Steph and her team made him feel comfortable and welcome. Bailey got the best treatment and was feeling better after a few days. Also, the waiting room feels more like a luxurious and cosy lobby than a vet clinic. Highly recommend a visit there with your pooch. 10/10.
