I have been going to Neville Jordan Jeweller for many years now for all my jewellery repairs and design requests. Neville is very friendly, experienced and has an eye for design. The quality and service is always superb- highly recommend!

I gave Neville Jordan Jeweller a chance to have my ring resized and cleaned. My rings came out better than I expected! The service was incredible, the receptionist assisted us and helped me find the correct size for my resizing. Will definitely be back for any jewellery endeavours! 10/10! My ring looks brand new!!

I needed a stone replaced in my ring so popped in and saw Neville and team. Was quoted and accepted the price which included a polish of a bracelet and another ring. When I called to collect was advised price was cheaper than quote as work required didnt take as long. Rare to find that kind of honesty these days and the reason I would recommend to all. Customer service also excellent!

The thought of purchasing an engagement ring was the single scariest aspect of proposing to my now fiance. I wanted it to be perfect, but I needed expert guidance and I didn't want to get ripped off. Fortunately, my future mother in law has been going to Neville for years (swears by his work) and she told me it was definitely where I needed to start. So I gave them a call and he was able to see me the same day.He told me everything I need to know about diamonds and laid out all my different options. After the meeting we communicated by email as he made drawings and changes to the ring. He was prompt with all his replies and got the ring finished in a very timely fashion.When I went to pick up the ring I was nervous as I just didn't know what to expect. But when he showed me the ring for the first time I knew straight away I had made a great decision. It was absolutely perfect and my fiance (and everyone else) is still blown away with how beautiful the ring is. Also, based on the appraisal given to me by my ring insurer, he gave not only tremendous service and quality, but unbelievable value for the money.I never write reviews in general, and certainly not ones this thorough. But I sincerely appreciate the work Neville did and I hope anyone looking for an engagement ring will seriously consider giving Neville a try. Thanks again!Chris and Briar

My aunt recommended Neville Jordan Jeweller so I went straight to them. A quick phone call and an appointment was made. We had an idea of what my wife wanted so we got a few examples and showed Neville. The process was quick and easy. The friendly and polite manner of Neville and Jan were second to none. Neville created a master piece for my wife who was over the moon! Not only was the final product wonderful but I loved the fact that Neville and Jan were in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend to whoever is after a product they will cherish forever.
