Overpriced petrol!!! , However has the best chicken and chips ever, great pies and awesome selection of pick 'n' mix lollies.Coffee is very variable depends on which barista is on.Has basics from repco like bulbs and wipers but will order in anything that Repco stocks usually overnightStaff are very friendly and welcoming even if it seems like they never get their meal breaks uninterrupted.Great chicken and chips...

I was in at bp taumarunui to get some chicken and chips and the lady behind the counter (Destiny) saw i was standing there waiting she the woman before me had been served and walked out then a maori lady walks in destiny says “chur bro” and starts serving her another maori lady walks in and a man just behind her destiny then serves them all before me now is this racism? If a white person did this then they would lose there job for being racist. So i have been waiting about 5min then says “come here” with disgust she starts serving me and then has to cook some more chips “algood no stress” i say she then comes out with the chips and loads my container i request “extra salt please” she almost growls at me and then drops the container on the warmer top and says “take it!” Now i get everyone has bad days but ive been served by her before and every time theres no happiness or even enthusiasm towards customers this is just appalling customer service and racism it’s disgusting and disappointing that Taumarunui bp would hire such a nasty person

Great place to fill up your petrol/diesel, and grab some snacks or coffee/ tea or any cold drinks before you head south. Please remember that there is petrol station for next 150 km so make sure you fill up your tank before you leave this place.

Stopped here on the way home from a long trip around 12am and they don't provide hot drinks or any hot food being the only place open for awhile . Not impressed

Worst coffee ever. Ordered some pies and 6 coffees over the weekend. Most of the coffees were cold and one of them was just like warm milk. Pies were ok.

staff are so friendly at 10 pm in the evening so much more friendly than day staff .day staff keep you waiting and don't always say hello but the lovely man at 10 pm on sunday 1/03/2020 is so welcoming and has a great customer service

Good and convenient place to fuel up. They also have vegan Magnum ice cream bars inside!

Have been travelling regularly between Auckland and Ohakune this year and always stopped to re-fuel here, both ways. Last night (11/10/2019) stopped and asked Gerard for a fill. Gerard told me he would only give a dollar amount - this is the first time in at least 10 visits I have been told this. Gerard was impatient with the customer ahead of me and was unhelpful to me. He clearly did not care about customer relations, and when I asked for his name he told me he had no surname. I will never spend another dollar at this BP.

Great range of products and excellent service. Staff always smiling. Nothing is to much trouble. And that chicken is always perfect and hot. Great store.
