Dance Expression Pilates
I love Rebecca's Pilates classes. She's a great teacher and we learn how to strengthen our bodies while protecting our backs. It's always good fun - a relaxed atmosphere even though we try to work hard, with nice people, in a pleasant, airy, beachfront hall. I always feel so much better afterwards!And the concession card gives really good value.

Rebecca runs a great Pilates class, working out all muscle groups. Its always fun and very beneficial.

Dance Expression Pilates
I love Rebecca's classes as they are tailored to suit all levels, even when recovering from injury. The classes leave you feeling good, both physically and emotionally as the laughs along the way are part of every class, too. Certainly a weekly highlight on my calendar!

Rebecca's classes are great. She is a supportive teacher with a really easy-to-understand way of teaching the proper techniques. I always feel better after classes and the space is so welcoming.
