Quick painless and friendly service. Took my teenager there, she was so pleased as she had a bad experience at hospital where they couldn’t find her vein and suffered countless stabs.

Quick and didn't feel a thing! Lots of parking (they're next to the testing centre), seen straight away, super professional, and was all done in only a few mins. I went 9:15am on a weekday, and they mentioned they had been busier earlier - so reckon it's better to avoid the morning and lunch rush if you can :)

My daughter and I had positive experiences here. It's a busy place but we didn't have to wait long considering the number of people in the wait room. (Seemed like each patient took 5 mins) I was impressed that the staff managed to collect blood samples from both of us without any bruising and on the first go. It has taken 2-3 attempts for staff from other pathology clinics to collect blood from me on previous occasions as I've been told my veins are 'rubbery'. I usually bruise badly from the needles but the staff we saw today did a flawless job. Thank you

Went to the lab on Monday to get my blood test. A Indian lady looked after me…she actually did the opposite! She nearly broke my vein and I bled heaps after the visit. Now, my right arm is bruised and swollen around the area.three days later, still painful and still feeling my arm quite funny.You really need to be more careful and gentle with your patients in the future.

I have done COVID-19 test more than once,But no once experience has been as bad as today!This nurse's name is Niki.When she collected samples, she didn't take the same method as others.Painful angle and strength!There is no care about attitude.And asked me to take my own biological waste.I can't imagine such an experience in New Zealand. It's incredible.

Very fast service - person serving me definitely knew what they were doing. Very kind and friendly, patient. Also no pain whatsoever - I kept waiting for the ick" from the needle when it was suddenly all over. Definitely only coming here from now on."

I have had a lot of blood tests with different clinics in the past but Ronnie is by far the best we have come across. My son also gets quite anxious but Ronnie makes the process as painless and swift as possible.

I'm not sure why the low rating. I just visited here in the morning and it was quick, well-run, and VERY friendly. Nikki was sweet, personable, informative, quadruple checked everything. This will be my new labtests going forward. Thanks Nikki keep being awesome!
