Very very bad customer service. Sarcastic look and smile and interrupting you with questions about which kind of payment before even finishing to order. Twice. He gave me an even more stupid look when I, really surprised, asked politely if I could finish to order first? Furthermore, a kind of tasteless sandwich. I'll sum up with what another customer said next to me while confronted to the same situation F*** this place"."

Really rude owners . I’ve been a local / customer for 8 years and they still after all these years they continue to be rude and sarcastic . Horrible customer service . I will not be supporting this local business any longer and encourage other locals to buy their bakery food elsewhere .

They require payment before they bag the items as if they suspect you might snatch and do a runner. The food is somewhat okay but anything from the warming cabinet is greasy and odd tasting. I've being going here on occasion for some time but can no longer tolerate the lack of manners verging on hostility.

If you enjoy spending your hard earned cash to be ignored, disrespected and antagonized, then by all means be my guest. For everyone else, I would just suggest going somewhere else. I've experienced this multiple times but don't take my word for it, there are many other reviews here that say the same thing. They don't deserve your money and as far as I can tell, they don't want it.

I come here often for the quality classic pies. I especially like the bacon and egg which moist and full of bacon. I completely disagree with the negative ratings, the customer service I have received has been warm, polite and efficient.

I popped in to this bakery for the 2nd time today and was very friendly mentioning how delicious the chocolate coconut slice was, and how it was just how my mother used to make it. The woman was soooo rude she ignored my comments, talked about the payment and looked straight past me. As I was leaving the guy popped his head out the back door and just stared at me - it was quite disturbing - I smiled and said goodbye but again was ignored. This has to be the worst customer service ever!! Am never returning!!

Good foods but disgusting attitude.They were staring at me along the time I was there and they didn't even smile or say Thank you" when I bought a pie.This made me don't want to come back or recommend anyone to this place."

Not the best customer service skills, but this could be due to cultural differences so I will not mark them down for this. We LOVE their pies !We normal do big orders for the family, and I can happily say we have NEVER had a problem with ANY of the food, its always been fab.

When I asked the owner if they have any vegetarian sandwiches, she replied, “only water”. At first, I thought she couldn’t speak English well, so I tried to clarify what I was asking by pointing. Then she said, “only fresh ham or water” by this point, I realised she was sarcastic and rude! Please don’t go here. They don’t deserve to own a business.
