Dropped by with my Rollater that has a wobbly front wheel. Bruce, their serviceman, checked it out and tuned it up good n proper. No charge. Great service. When it is time for my upgrade I am coming back

I was in Wellington when I got my crutch tips tore from the extreme activity. Found this place as someone's recommendation. However, I had to be wandering to the suburbs. Thank goodness they had what I was looking for which were 18 mm crutch tips. Moreover the staffs were so friendly & helpful. So it was worth wandering around.

Friendly helpful staff. They left us take our time browsing, then helped us with useful information when we needed it. I'd like to see similar stores distributed around the region, certainly one on the Kapiti Coast would be great.

Wow... Tried to get a faulty item fixed or replaced.. which they still stock, they agree it's within warranty period, and agree it is covered by warranty.... But apparently we need to arrange replacement or repair directly with the manufacturer... In Ireland... I thought NZ importers and sellers had responsibilities... but apparently not.

Staff were rude. They charged me a fee I had already paid and informed them I'd already paid. They were condescending and rude to me, I believe because of my age. They were very slow service.They called me hours later to say they'd checked with the hospital and found that I had already paid. But that's not good enough in my books. They were rude, and as a mobility service you'd think they'd be more understanding to their customers. I've just had surgery and had to return crutches. Had to stand some time to be seen to. Staff were available. Again, I'm young and look healthy I guess as you couldn't see my very recent surgical scars, perhaps they made too many assumptions. Still haven't had the refund.

Friendly and helpful service. The owner opened the shop up even though she was closed for the holidays. We just happened to catch her coming out. Thank you for your helpful and friendly service.
