We were visiting Dunedin and had a time pressure to get to Christchurch for a flight further north. We discovered an issue with our brakes and were recommended to Sims by a garage in town. The Sims team there were great and even though they were a mechanic down on a Friday morning, they got our car to a safe driving state within 90 mins including machining rotors and replacing pads. Thank you so much Sims - we made our flight and are very grateful for how you fitted us in. Great job, great service.

Dropped car of 9am sat, phone call 9.30 to explain issue and price to fix along with pickup time 10am. Friendly, efficient and a good price. That's why I refer everyone that asks me about getting brakes fixed to Sims. Good to see that they haven't dropped their high standards.

I'd heard Sims were pretty good so gave them a call and they said come on down and we'll have a look for you. Felt a bit silly doing the noise brakes were making lol. They had a look and called me to say it was just some bits in the brakes - we've sorted it and you're good to go. No charge. Far out how does that even happen. Thanks Sims I'll be back again - honest and super quick service.
