Phoned Jeff to come out and look at our washing machine which had stopped loading water. After a few questions from Jeff he diagnosed the possible problem and fix over the phone. So glad to say it worked and he saved me a lot of hassle and money. Thanks for the free advice Jeff! I know who to call when i need a honest repair person. Thanks again.

Jeff came the same day to repair my fridge freezer that had stopped working abruptly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to replace the parts and get the fridge running again. He impressed me with his responsiveness, knowledge and expertise. He was very pleasant to deal with. Kristin

I was told by another repairer that my refrigerator required re-gassing. I rang Jeff to ask whether he does that service and said i will be around in an hour to have a look. He discovered that a recent repair done by another business had wired the fan in the wrong way. So it wasn't cooling the fridge and he corrected it and the fridge is like a new one. Great service Jeff!!

I called Jeff this morning with my oven issues! It was his day off but he took time to tell me how to run my oven through some tests, explained how everything worked to me and was cheerful and friendly. Turned out that my oven was okay and didn’t need any repairs. I am so impressed and grateful! I haven’t had service this impressive anywhere else. Thank you!

I rang Jeff to ask about my busted washing machine. Unfortunately, he didn't service my brand of washing machine. From my vague description he was on to what the problem was and gave a recommendation who I could ring to help me. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Although I did not use him this time. Just from this conversation I will definitely call him when i need his services.

Nice joke too - almost as creative as the name of your companyOriginal review: not very professional... Called up to get a quote, as my washing machine broke when my partner was using it. This guy started off helpful and then as I was mentioning I would talk to my partner to get further information he rudely hung up on me
