Perfunctory bordering on rude (male vet). This sentence on their website is rather curious: We pride ourselves on providing the best veterinary care and services for your pets." Really? I wouldn't if I was you. Maybe the vet was having a bad day. Maybe he doesn't like his job. Either way

I was really stressful and concerned about my cat who started to show signs of not being able to open her right eye and I was worried death. So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! Can't recommend this vet enough even ive only been there once.

Our cat was stolen from us over a year ago. When he was brought into this clinic, we were contacted because we had the foresight to have him microchipped. The vets here called us to berate us, then gave our cat away without permission. This was misconduct and we intend to pursue it as such.

As always, without fail, Here Bay vets was 100%. Staff are friendly, efficient and good communicators. My cat has no current health issues but I know that should this occur I can be sure that his needs will be met. I'm a human nurse and have a basic understanding of animals too. I would reccomend Herne Bay Vets as a safe, professional, thorough and holistic practice.

We just got a new cat and we took her to get a microchip and vaccine and our experience was so good, the reception lady was so nice, Vet very experienced and confident, it was efficiently run and we were really happy. Would highly recommend this vet clinic.

We had an emergency with our cat who suddenly stopped eating on our return from holidays. Contacted Steve and crew at HBVC for the first time. They have been super-helpful and friendly. Ensured our fur baby was looked after and accommodated extra appointments & worried owner calls/questions-highly recommended.
