Ron goes above and beyond what you would expect from a property manager. He delivers on what he says he will in a timely manner. I must admit I was reluctant to use a property manager but with Ron I can see tangible benefits to using him. He demonstrates that he has a good knowledge of the rental market and also property investing. The fact that he owns the local franchise that specializes in property management vs your normal property manger based in a real estate firm means he has skin in the game and highly motivated. I can strongly recommend Ron to anyone requiring property management in Central Otago.
