Amy and her Husband were amazing! Highly recommend using them to assist with purchasing a carseat. They made everything super easy and there was no pressure at all. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed and we left with an awesome seat. Thanks heaps guys, your service was amazing and you were both so lovely to deal with x

The team don't help you out even if you have a baby in your arms trying to carry things. I accidentally dropped something and the staff member looked at me as if wondering if I was going to pick it up, I had to asked her to pick it up for me. There was no sympathy, and looking at the previous reviews, it seems like other people got similar treatment. A bit of a shame really, their stock is pretty good but I'd rather shop online elsewhere, don't come here asking for help, you're better off looking it up online

Went to buy a baby monitor but their product knowledge was embarrassing. They told me that they sold 20 different kinds so it was too many for them to know details about each one.. When asked specific questions such as which ones have smartphone connectivity I was told to read the details on the website. I personally won't be coming back. If your only brand is to sell baby products you need to know your stock.

The baby on The Move team are fantastic. As a person with a disability I find it difficult to fit my son's carseat they have helped me refit it on more than one occasion often without charge. They are knowledgeable about carseats and the products they offer. I walk away from baby on the move informed and safe in the knowledge my son is safe in his seat.
