Jessika helped me through every step of the process when purchasing an engagement ring for my partner, and I can confidently say this is the best service I have ever had from any company.The ring itself is beautiful. Being able to customise every aspect of the ring was ideal and made the end product feel so much more special. The diamond is outstanding quality, and their ability to provide reputable certification gave me peace of mind.Novita were able to express manufacture the ring at my request, and handled shipping and discrete packaging exactly as I asked. I did a surprise engagement, and when the ring was too large (even to utilise their free resize) they took it back and manufactured a brand new one free of charge.I would never have expected their team to work so hard to make sure everything was perfect, and promised I would leave the detailed review that they deserve!

The new store wasn’t due to open for a few more days, yet, having spoken with Imelda on the phone she very kindly opened up for us to visit as we were leaving Auckland before the store actually opened - she went above and beyond for us and we had an amazing experience. She allowed us time and nothing was rushed. The ring was ordered and we could not be happier. It was ready in the timeframe given and we are blown away with the result. We collected the ring and had the pleasure of dealing with Jess. What another great experience. Jess was so kind and lovely to deal with and again nothing was too much trouble. We dropped the ring off to be resized and this did not take long at all. Jess made certain the ring was returned to us looking as shiny and sparkly as the day it was made. We feel very privileged to have been taken care of so well and to now be in possession of such a beautiful, amazing platinum diamond solitaire ring.
