Normally a gold service and the Service work is quite good, but my car was not cleaned as advertised and there was grease finger prints left on my sun visors after it was carried out. It has a very plush interior so won't come out easily it's not an everyday car.I'm not going to bother complaining there's no point it they can't get it right the first time why would I trust them with fixing there mess after it was made.It's a shame normally the mechanics are quite good there but I feel they are let down badly by the rest of the outfit, the testing officers and the office staff can be curt and sometimes just plain unfriendly, and not just to me but others that come In While you're there waiting, over different trips throughout the year I have noticed the same theme, additional clients coming in seems to cause them to drop there attitude sharply almost l like they are trying to be unhelpful with an aim to get rid of people so they don't feel any pressure.Which must be due to being short of staff not the client's fault or problem were paying there wage essentially.For me this is the last straw, I have been a member for a long time and the standards that used to be there are now non existent.So why am I paying for insurance and membership if I can't even receive half way decent service in return...? The saving grace is the mechanical side is still good for repairs at reasonable prices but sadly the rest is just well not great at all and doesn't appear to be going to get better any time soon

If its not for a wof run away from this garage, i came to them to do minor repair as a fusible to replace for the car lighter, they also replace a lead on the water cap.They did a little think to open my gaz tank lead and they make me pay 24 + 30 for the replacement and around 270$ for the time work ! The man told me before i leave sorry i jusg had 10 min i couldnt do more ( mean he didnt check the pipe i ask him to check ^^ ahahahah was really expensice the 10 min also he told me he didnt have time so how come you made me pay the hour you thief.I will never come back there and you should not !

Took the car for a WOF and a service. The job took 2 hours. It was time well spent as the inspection and service was very thorough. There is a liquid dispenser in the waiting room. Nice hot Chocolate, best avoid the Long Black.

I got a WOF here and the lady on the front desk Barb was super friendly both to me and other customers also. Her customer service skills were fantastic and I told her and thanked her at the time also. She's a gem! The other staff were also very friendly.

There is a good reason these guys are always busy. Had a pre-purchase inspection done and very happy with the thorough and professional job. Arian's knowledge and expertise was clear and they even called us to discuss and explain the finer details of the report. Highly recommended.

Went there on a Saturday morning. I was the only customer there when I arrived. They started working on my car immediately and were done as I was halfway through my cappuccino. The receptionnist was really friendly as well.
