Very satisfied with our experience here. We booked in for a grad celebration dinner with 18 guests, and opted for Banquet A which comes with complimentary rice, tea and dessert. The food was delicious and served promptly - the chefs were well prepared. The servers were fast, friendly and attentive, and we would have stayed much longer if it weren’t for the 2 hour sitting limit - which is understandable given how busy they always are. BYO wine only, with a very reasonable $6 corkage fee per bottle. Decor is beautiful. No complaints.

We got a table for 2 quickly without a booking on a Saturday and the service and food was great as always. It's my favourite Welly yum cha restaurant and have been coming here for years.

Nice food! Must try their dessert red bean soup :P we had the tofu dishes which waited for 30 mins but it’s definitely worth the wait. Sesame dough balls with red bean filling were really good too. Fried Beef flat noodles is a must too! Remember to try their chili oil.

Usual Chinese Yum Cha place. Food was ok. I mean, the usual dim sum fare. Some were really good and some weren't that great. Worth a try if you like Yum Cha. It's really packed though so bookings recommended.

Good food and service!Expensive food, the portion seems like has became smaller especially the pecking duck, plus no crackers. All our food were served all together, feels like there was a rush to get us out the door.

One of my favorite Chines restaurants in Wellington. It has Yum Char menu for lunch and the choices of the menu that they offer are quite abundant. My favorites are the steamed dumplings (prawns, scallops, mushroom, veggies etc), spicy chicken feet, beef ribs, veggie fried rice, deep fried squid, eggplants with prawn and fish, sautée veggies as well as the roasted duck. They also have more menu from the a la carte if the yum cha is not enough.Their desserts are also lovely! Don’t miss the egg tarts, custard tarts, sesame balls, jelly, mocchi ice cream and more. The place is quite spacious but during lunch it can be packed. The service is fast and good. The price starts from NZD 6 for small plates. It has high chairs as well as fit for those with disabilities. It might be a bit narrow for wheelchairs but with a little help, those with reduced mobility can get a seat here. They also have the toilet for the disable.Parking might be a bit problematic during the peak hours like lunch and dinner. Nevertheless, the place is easily reachable with public transport.

Went here for a group dinner for my birthday. Had a great time, we ordered a set menu as it was easier to do so with a large group. Food is always great, salt and pepper tofu always being a fave. It is pretty hectic in here on a Friday/Saturday night and can be hard to hear your table over the chaos, so keep that in mind if you are looking for a calmer chit chat kind of environment.

Great service. Well organized staff with prompt and friendly service. The food is what we came for and they delivered. However, the only thing I did not like was the chilli oil that did not have a kick or flavour. All else was five star. A bit on the expensive side though.
