I had never heard of PBT Couriers before, that is, until the firm I ordered some fragile goods from used them. Pickup in Taupo was swift with arrival in Christchurch the next night. Real easy to track and the goods arrived in perfect condition. I picked up from the Christchurch depot as I only have a PO Box and not a residential address. Very friendly service on pickup. A totally transparent and seamless experience. IMO just as good, if not better than NZ Post Couriers.

Delivery driver left a parcel with no attempt to hide it or take it back to the depot. ended up stolen, Will never use a company that uses pbt again. Worst carrier service in nz!!! Save yourself a headache and keep clear of these guys!

Multiple times i have relied on PBT to deliver supplies for my business and every single time its delayed. I pay top price to have them on urgent delivery and they still leave my orders at the depo just sitting" there. You can not reach them directly to locate the exact situation of your shipment. They deliver when they feel like it."

Delivered an expensive item to the wrong addresses, prior to this on the phone for an hour after stating was with courier all day and was hung up on upon them answering. Will not be using and likely avoiding companies using them in future

Terrible. Said that item was delivered but never received the item. No courier driver was on my property at the time of delivery and we had people home. Who knows where they put my parcel. I would never use any business who is sending their packages through this company.

Do not rely on their tracking to make sure someone will be home during delivery. My parcels were updated that were out with a driver 1 minute before they were delivered" so when he was in his van at my house obviously.$500 worth of items that couldn't be left at the front door so I made sure to check on the status often so I could make sure someone was home

3 different times at 2 different addresses in Christchurch, a tracked PBT courier did not reach me while PBT tracking showed 'delivered'. They are stealing, it's the only logical explanation.I refuse PBT courier now if I buy anything on TradeMe. I suggest everyone do the same so that this thieving business runs to the ground.

agree with other reviews, speed is not in PBT vocabulary. Ordered something in the hope I would get it before Easter, arrived in my town overnight Wednesday, marked as being in depot on Thursday morning, easter came and went, now on the van for delivery supposedly, but day about to end and still a no show. So from collection on 4th April to 11th and no delivery to get from Taupo to Chch. Sheesh, my house of furniture from Akl to Chch arrived in 4 days, how come you can't get a box down in the same time?
