What a wonderful experience. Just got our 8 week old baby passport photo taken. Friendly staff and helpful. Had been to 3 other places and got turned away but with these guys not a worry. Was in and out less then 5mins lucky my wee one was not camera shy. Thank you team for the great experience. Will be back.

We had a great experience today, getting our 1 year olds passport photo. By the time I sat her on the chair and held her in position, the camera flashed and photo was taken, I was shocked how quick and easy it was. We will definitely be returning for further passport photos for our kids. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Thanks so much for a quick and stress free experience.

Terrible, the staff were rude and didn’t give me any correct information about cameras, they messed up a film development, I’ve never been so dissatisfied with how they treat people in that store and don’t recommend going

Advertise as baby specialists but are anything but.Apparently has 30years experience but did not have any kind of patience in trying to take our son’s photo.On top of this the unpleasant staff member suggested he was too young to be travelling and that we should be waiting till he’s older to get his passport (unbeknownst to him we are urgently trying to travel to visit very sick relatives).Don’t waste your time, book elsewhere.

If you want to go to a camera place with the worst customer service then visit NZ camera for this experience. I had put on 4 films to be developed for my mother after my father's passing. Prior to sending away the fims to be developed I was called to say that three of the films hadn't been used and to come back for a refund ( I did appreciate this). When I did return the man I spoke to wasn't at the shop and I was met with two very rude employees insinuating I was lying about getting a refund. Later that day they called me to say there was a mistake and I was owed a refund. When I returned to get the refund the service was equally as rude and dismissive as the first time. My partner who came with me also mentioned the poor service. Whilst I appreciate that they remedied the mistake the service I was given was not the customer service you'd expect when you are made to feel belittled.

For a company stating they specialise in Babies Passport photos.. We were turned away when trying to get passport photos for my two children (2 and 2 months) as my youngest could not lift his own head.

It is inside the Hornby Mall. Near Pak n Save. They do passport size photos too. Have got cameras and accessories and relevant items..
