A little gem tucked away in the corner. A great place to workout in, the staff are wonderful and really know their stuff. Supportive and friendly. They have a great program for those with diabetes, offering classes for goal setting and nutritional requirements. For the elderly they have the Never too old Program, not only is it good for a workout a great social occasion as well. A gym for all.

nice place to book for a birthday party..it has a function room with kitchen enough for about 30 people, a big basketball court as a playground (with bouncy castle, trampolines, balls, etc) all provided by the organizer. My son enjoyed so much the games and playing basketball.. this place also has a gym beside the reception. The carpet needs to be refurbished though as they were peeling off.

Without doubt the best gym I have been too. Staff are excellent, very friendly and always willing to help out and give you a personalised programme. All brand new equipment recently updated with separate weights and cardio areas. Extensive range of group fitness and a basketball / soccer court that can be hired out. Shower facilities are basic but very clean and well looked after. There is a great community feel about the place and excellent value for money.
