Manager on duty, almost attacked us, when I pointed out they made mistake on my order. He shout at us and told us not to speak back. Clearly very unprofessional, I can’t see a way he can lead and training the team. Terrible service, cold burgers will never return…

The people taking your order in the drive through don’t even let you finish a sentence before asking you what drink and what size, while I am still trying to give instructions on my burger. They miss the instructions and then get mad when I have to repeat myself because they keep talking over me. There was no line at all so I don’t understand the rush. It makes me super flustered and it’s off putting. I went back a couple of times to give the benefit of the doubt but alas, no improvement. Such a shame as I like the food

We were just driving by, and noticed a burger king with a drive thru, but our campervan is too tall to perform a drive thru manoeuvre, as such we parked at the BP petrol station and walked over.Being a tourist we aren't expecting much, just curious how NZ burger king stacks up against McDonald's here in NZ.The burger is tasty but a wee bit on the small size but still money well spent.The service crew is also cheerful and lively.

The manager that served us was extremely friendly and just happy to be there which made our experience better. I love all the plant based burger options and they were very tasty too. The bbq onion loaded fries are also a good vegetarian option too.

The food was really disappointing, super bland and under seasoned. The burgers were very small for the price, tasted quite dry and lacked flavour. The inside of the store was also quite dingy, clearly not maintained very well. Go to McDonald's instead.
