We engaged Jerard on a renovation project for our 1920’s bungalow in Miramar. He was able to accomodate my wife’s many requests and provide multiple solutions to ensure that we maximised the space and increased the functionality of the old house. I commissioned Jerard to design, draught and submit to council, my 110 sq m workshop project. This was completed and approved. I found him easy to communicate with, responsive to questions and revisions, and certainly proved to have the professional knowledge and skills to do the job. A good guy to do business with. Construction hasn't started yet, it just needs to stop raining for long enough.
