Absolutely amazing quality shoes! The owners take pride in what they do and they do it well! From the moment you walk in you are looked after by people who really care about giving you the best fit and the best shoe for your feet! I cant remember the last time I went to a shoe shop that actually cared about the comfort and quality of the shoes they sell! You have to check them out!

I live out of town but in the past I've generally found shoes to work for me here when visiting Napier so I went back. The customer service was awful this time, I had to ask for assistance and even after doing so the assistants went back to gossiping about their weekend when I required their help further. Thankfully I found what I was after quickly.
