I’m a professional musician and decided to see Chris to branch out into jazz - something I had relatively little familiarity with. He gave me a ton of resources and encouraged me to play more and practice with other students. He definitely knows his stuff and I’d recommend him for anyone looking for musical development.

Chris is a great teacher and I highly recommend him. His knowledge of Alexander technique and the way he incorporates it into his lessons is awesome. I really enjoyed the opportunity he gave me to play with other students at his recital.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chris and having lessons with him. He was very good at introducing me to a broad spectrum of musical repertoire as well as letting me choose my own pieces. Learned a lot with him in a short period of time and was always challenged to become a better player. Would recommend

Being a full-time piano teacher myself, I came to Chris to further my understanding of jazz and improvisation. The lessons have been a highlight of my week, with Chris being able to explain the context and 'big picture' of many styles due to his immense historical knowledge. I highly recommend him as a musician and teacher.
