Always great service, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The service station has a good range of everyday necessities, hot food and good coffee. A really pleasant experience ☺

Stopped for fuel with a very upset baby and who I was holding while I tried to fill up my car. One of the lovely staff members dashed over and offered to pump my gas for me - such a small gesture but so helpful for a new mum. Very grateful and will make sure this is my new regular fuel stop.

Every time I fill my car up the staff are always cheerful and wanting to help. I have never had a bad experience at the Havelock North BP.

Went in around 7:50 Thursday night on the 23/12/2021, was served by a man who had the best customer service I’ve ever had from a service station. He looked genuinely happy to serve me which was really nice considering the busy week.
